Use this guide if you are a business owner or manager starting Olympic Prints Business Workspace for the first time

You can create the workspace yourself. The onboarding wizard is designed to save progress and resume an in-progress self-service business rather than creating duplicates.

Before you start

Have your business name ready. The other information can be added later, but it helps to have your business email, phone, website, address, primary contact name, business type, and approximate team size.

Step 1 — Start from Business Solutions

  1. Go to Business Solutions.
  2. Click Start your Business Workspace if you are not already signed in.
  3. If you are signed in and already belong to a completed Business Workspace, use Open Business Workspace instead.

Step 2 — Register or sign in

  1. If you do not have an Olympic Prints account, complete Register.
  2. Use an email address you can access.
  3. If you already have an account, sign in rather than creating another account.

Step 3 — Read the Welcome step

The onboarding wizard begins with a Welcome screen and progress indicator. Click Continue/Next to move into Business Basics.

Step 4 — Complete Business Basics

  1. Enter Business name *. This is the only required field on this step.
  2. Enter Business email.
  3. Enter Phone.
  4. Enter Website if you have one.
  5. Choose Business structure: Sole Proprietor, LLC, Corporation, Partnership, Nonprofit, Government, Other, or leave Select/Unknown if you are unsure.
  6. Choose Business size: Just me, 2–5, 6–20, 21–50, or 51+.
  7. Enter Address.
  8. Enter Primary contact name.
  9. Click Continue.

If Continue is gray, make sure Business name is not blank.

Step 5 — Choose Workspace Profiles

  1. Select the business profile or profiles that match how you will use Olympic Prints.
  2. Examples can include Hospitality, Real Estate, Photography, Artist/Fine Art, Events, Local Business, or other supported profiles.
  3. If you choose more than one, select the primary profile when the page asks.
  4. The primary profile controls much of the workspace terminology and default module emphasis.
  5. Continue to the next step.

Step 6 — Choose Setup Goals

  1. Read the available goal cards.
  2. Click every goal that matters right now. You may choose more than one.
  3. If a goal says COMING SOON, selecting it saves the interest but does not make that feature available.
  4. Click Continue.

Step 7 — Review before creating

  1. Review the business name and contact information.
  2. Review selected profiles and primary profile.
  3. Review setup goals.
  4. Click Back if anything needs correction.
  5. When correct, submit/create the workspace.

Step 8 — Wait for the workspace to finish creating

The backend uses a create_or_resume flow. It records the new active Business ID before showing the completion screen and then marks onboarding complete. If completion fails, your created workspace remains saved so you can retry rather than creating another business.

Step 9 — Enter the workspace

  1. On the completion screen, click the button to enter the Business Workspace.
  2. The site performs a fresh redirect so your new Business membership loads correctly.
  3. Confirm the business name shown on the dashboard.

Step 10 — What to configure first

  1. Open Profile & Settings and verify identity/contact information.
  2. Open Brand Kit and upload logos/colors if you use branded templates.
  3. Add Properties/Locations if your business works by physical location.
  4. Invite Team members only after you know what roles they need.
  5. Use Quick Order for finished artwork or Design Studio/Templates for work you want to create/reuse.

If you leave before finishing

The wizard stores an in-progress local form draft and checks server onboarding status when you return. If the self-service business already exists and onboarding is still in progress, it resumes that record. Do not intentionally create a second workspace just because you closed the browser.

If onboarding sends you straight to Business Workspace

That usually means your account already belongs to a completed, legacy, or non-self-service Business Workspace. Use the existing workspace instead of creating another one.

If you want Olympic Prints to help plan the setup first

Use Request a consultation on Business Solutions. The consultation is an information request; it does not create an order or charge you.
