Use Event & Memory Packages when you are planning printed keepsakes for a wedding, reunion, birthday, graduation, vacation, team event, memorial, holiday, or other gathering

The page helps you choose an event type, understand the package process, review package ideas, ask about concierge/partner coordination, and move into the print creator when appropriate.

Step 1 — Open Event & Memory Packages

Go to Event & Memory Packages.

Step 2 — Choose the event category that best matches your gathering

  1. Scroll to the event category cards.
  2. Choose Family Reunion, Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, Anniversary, Vacation Group, Team Event, Memorial Gathering, Holiday Celebration, or Custom when available.
  3. The selected event can carry context into the Live Print Studio so you know which event preset you are working with.

Step 3 — Read How It Works before choosing a package

The How It Works section explains the general customer flow. Read it from beginning to end so you understand when you choose photos, when Olympic Prints reviews them, and how a package becomes a finished print order.

Step 4 — If timing is urgent, use Check Rush Availability

  1. Find the rush-availability section.
  2. Use the Check Rush Availability action when offered.
  3. The site takes you into the Live Print Studio with the rush-intent path prepared.
  4. Enter/verify the local-delivery ZIP when prompted if the requested rush option depends on local delivery.

Same-day or next-day language on an event workflow means subject to Olympic Prints confirmation. The site cannot guarantee a rush date simply because you clicked the button.

Step 5 — Review the Package Cards

  1. Scroll through the available package concepts.
  2. Read what each package includes.
  3. Compare the package to the number/type of keepsakes you actually want.
  4. Use the package's call-to-action or inquiry path as shown.

Step 6 — If a hotel, resort, or concierge referred you

A participating concierge can refer you into the page. The referral may be recorded so Olympic Prints knows who is coordinating the experience. A referral by itself does not automatically grant a discount or apply an unauthorized code.

Step 7 — Ask about Concierge / coordinated package pricing

  1. Find the concierge discount/inquiry section.
  2. Enter the requested contact/event information.
  3. Mention the participating property/concierge when applicable.
  4. Submit the inquiry.
  5. Wait for Olympic Prints to confirm the applicable package/pricing before assuming a special rate applies.

Step 8 — When the page sends you to the Live Print Studio

  1. Confirm the event preset shown near Build your print.
  2. Choose the print size.
  3. Choose paper.
  4. Choose border and frame when applicable.
  5. Upload/position the event photo.
  6. Set quantity.
  7. Choose fulfillment.
  8. Review the order.
  9. Add to cart.

Step 9 — Review rush requests carefully

Before Olympic Prints confirms expedited timing, the studio may need to verify usable files, proof approval, material/inventory availability, quantity, production workload, finishing, destination, and cutoff time. If the date is critical, do not tell guests/clients it is guaranteed until you receive confirmation.

Step 10 — Checkout

  1. Open the cart.
  2. Review every event print/package line.
  3. Check quantities.
  4. Check any discount that has actually been validated.
  5. Check rush and fulfillment choices.
  6. Continue to checkout only when the cart matches the coordinated package.

If you do not see a package that matches your event

Choose the Custom event category or use Contact Olympic Prints. Tell us the event type, number of people, number/size of prints you want, location, and requested date.
