Start here if websites are confusing or you do not know where to click

You do not need to understand the whole Olympic Prints website before ordering. Use this page like a map: decide what you want to accomplish, open the matching page, then follow the numbered guide for that task.

Step 1 — Identify your goal

Step 2 — Learn what the common buttons mean

  • Upload artwork: choose a file from your device. Uploading does not print it.
  • Add to Cart: saves that configured item into your shopping cart. It does not automatically charge you.
  • Save Design: saves a working design for later when that page supports it.
  • Request a Quote: asks for pricing/review; it is not a completed purchase.
  • Contact / Inquire: starts a conversation; it does not create a confirmed booking.
  • Approve: means you are accepting the exact proof/design shown. Read carefully before using an approval control.

Step 3 — On a creator page, work from top to bottom

  1. Choose the product or size.
  2. Choose paper/material/stock.
  3. Upload or create the artwork.
  4. Position/crop the design.
  5. Choose quantity.
  6. Choose Standard or request faster production if the product supports it.
  7. Choose shipping, verified local delivery, or scheduled pickup.
  8. Read the order summary.
  9. Complete any required proof/design approval checkbox.
  10. Click Add to Cart.

Step 4 — Use the cart as your safety check

  1. Open the cart.
  2. Read every item name.
  3. Check quantity and product options.
  4. Check any service line that should be paired with a product.
  5. Check rush and delivery choices.
  6. Remove anything incorrect.
  7. Only continue to checkout when everything is right.

Step 5 — Understand what checkout does

Checkout validates the order, current pricing, discounts, shipping/delivery information, and other product rules. A normal fixed-price order can continue to payment. Quote-required work or some approval-dependent rush jobs may pause for review instead.

Step 6 — After an order is placed

  1. Save the confirmation.
  2. Watch the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Add support@olympicprints.com to safe senders.
  4. Check spam/junk if you are waiting for an update.
  5. If you are signed in, open My Orders to see active/completed orders and messages.

Step 7 — If you are stuck, stop before paying

Use Contact Olympic Prints. Tell us the page you are on, what you are trying to do, and the exact button/message you see. You do not need to diagnose the website yourself.
